You own your account, and you can close it whenever you like — right from inside the app, in under a minute.
01Delete in the app
The quickest way to delete your HPF Racing Team account is from the app itself:
- Open the Profile tabTap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
- Tap Delete AccountScroll to the bottom of the Profile screen and choose Delete Account.
- ConfirmConfirm the prompt. Your account and data are removed immediately and you're signed out.
02What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your authentication record (email and sign-in credentials).
- Your profile — display name, membership type, and avatar.
- Your RSVP records across all runs.
- Your chat messages.
- Your push notification token.
This is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered. If you want to come back later, you'll need to create a new account.
Residual copies may persist briefly in routine system backups before those backups cycle out, after which the data is permanently gone. We retain no data for advertising or resale — we don't do either.
03If you can't access the app
If you've lost access to the app or your device, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you:
We'll confirm your identity, complete the deletion, and email you when it's done — typically within a few business days.
